any ow scrolls getting from skilling/ combat would be insane

you could use it on current jewellery

do you have to upgrade with a new symbol?

do you have to use diamond again on new items?

need a new scroll? or does it give more then diamond skill speed?

jewellery does need work, but i think the skill speed buff would kill the items

depends on monster hp and defence, if you can 1 shot more often

in rs, scim is also good for training, but for 1 shotting r2h was pretty good

when you hit high level combat, then you want attack speed because you damage and accuracy is already high

within melee, you want highest damage/hit chance over attack speed

melee magic archer, maybe a tool or 2
